Why have you sent me a letter?
Typically, we will contact you when we have been informed that a parking charge has been issued, but not concluded – meaning that there is still a debt owed after a set period of time.
We have contacted you to help make sure the debt it paid before it goes to court and you could end up with a County Court Judgement against you, which can lead to difficulty in obtaining credit such as a loan or a mortgage.
Do I have to speak with you?
We do recommend speak with us. Our specialist teams can help you to manage the outstanding debt before it has a negative impact on your credit score.
If we can sort your debt out before it goes to court, it will NOT have a negative impact on your credit score.
How did you get my details?
When a parking company gets the details of the keeper of a vehicle from the DVLA, and then passes these details to us, we are likely to do additional traces to ensure all the information is up to date, and this can include phone numbers, and email addresses.
To give you the best chance of clearing your debt we will always look to use all methods possible to contact you before your case goes to court. If we can, we want to help you clear the debt before court action.
